By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, You must not access or use the Service.

Any engagement of affRemit Media to provide performance media services, strategic consulting, or related professional work is governed by a separate written agreement (a Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or equivalent) executed between affRemit Media and the Client. Nothing on the Service, including any inquiry submitted through the contact form, constitutes a binding offer, contract, or commitment of services by affRemit Media.

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm affRemit Media or Users of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without Our prior written consent.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate affRemit Media, an affRemit Media employee, another User, or any other person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the Service, the server on which the Service is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Service.
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without Our prior written consent, except for indexing by recognized search engines under their standard practices.
• Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any software underlying the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict Your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

You may access and view the Content on the Service for Your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the Content, except as permitted by these Terms or with Our prior written consent.

The affRemit Media name, the affRemit Media logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of affRemit Media or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without Our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Service are the trademarks of their respective owners.

• The information You provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the authority to submit the inquiry on behalf of any company or organization referenced.
• Your submission does not violate any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

Submission of an inquiry does not create any contractual relationship between You and affRemit Media. Any engagement requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

We may use the information You submit to respond to Your inquiry, qualify the opportunity, and conduct follow-up communications as described in our Privacy Policy. Any unsolicited ideas, suggestions, or feedback You submit may be used by affRemit Media without obligation or compensation to You.

You acknowledge and agree that affRemit Media shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

affRemit Media makes no warranty that:

• The Service will meet Your requirements.
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate, reliable, or current.
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Any Content, including case studies, performance figures, methodologies, or insights described on the Service, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or commitment of any specific outcome. Past performance described in any materials does not predict or guarantee future results.

The foregoing limitations apply whether or not affRemit Media has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such damages. The limitations of liability for any engagement of Services beyond the Service itself are governed exclusively by the written agreement between affRemit Media and the Client.

Before filing a claim, You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Us using the details in the Contact Us section below. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days of receiving Your notice.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

No waiver by affRemit Media of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure by affRemit Media to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

For the avoidance of doubt, any agreement governing the provision of professional Services by affRemit Media to a Client is a separate written contract and is not modified or superseded by these Terms.
