Most clients work with us on a rolling monthly basis after an initial 90-day onboarding cycle. We don't believe in long-term lock-ins. If we're not delivering, you shouldn't be obligated to keep paying us. Our retention rate is high because the work is good — not because of the contract.
We typically work with brands spending $30K+/month on paid media. Below that, the economics of senior strategic involvement don't usually work in your favor. If you're earlier stage and growing fast, talk to us — we make exceptions for the right fit.
